This teaching was one of the first ones I received from my most beloved spiritual father, Master Sha. Many people know the power of love. Many people could apply the power of love more often than they do in life. Love really does melt all blockages. Love carries amazing healing power. Love is the way to the Divine and the Tao.
As Master Sha teaches, love melts all blockages. Offering love to others and ourselves is so simple, powerful, and easy that sometimes we tend to forget that love can resolve all blockages and issues in life. We need to practice offering love more.
The power of love can:
- Boost energy, vitality, immunity, and stamina
- Heal any blockage within the soul, mind, and body, or any aspect of life
- Prevent sickness
- Rejuvenate
- Prolong life
- Transform every aspect of life, including relationships, finances, and business

When you wake up, it is important to align yourself with the Divine so you can be in the proper condition to be the best you – the most loving, forgiving, compassionate, understanding and of service throughout your day.
An excellent practice to do right when you wake up is to “Say Hello.” Say Hello to the Divine and Tao. Say Hello to your physical and heavenly spiritual fathers and mothers. Say Hello to your Heaven’s Team. Say Hello to your parents, grandparents and ancestors. This is a prayer to start your day expressing gratitude and connecting you with the Divine. It is to bring you into divine alignment to start your day.
