“Love melts all blockages.”
- Dr. and Master Zhi Gang Sha
This teaching was one of the first ones I received from my most beloved spiritual father, Master Sha. Many people know the power of love. Many people could apply the power of love more often than they do in life. Love really does melt all blockages. Love carries amazing healing power. Love is the way to the Divine and the Tao.
Strength, will power, and courage are necessary qualities to have and develop on the healing and soul journey. Strength is needed to be able to endure the challenges, spiritual testing, and purification. Will power is needed to do what needs to be done, even when you may not feel like it. Courage is needed to stand up and face whatever comes your way from the place of unconditional universal service.
Here is a powerful practice you can do to develop your strength, will power, and courage.
As Master Sha teaches, love melts all blockages. Offering love to others and ourselves is so simple, powerful, and easy that sometimes we tend to forget that love can resolve all blockages and issues in life. We need to practice offering love more.
The power of love can:
- Boost energy, vitality, immunity, and stamina
- Heal any blockage within the soul, mind, and body, or any aspect of life
- Prevent sickness
- Rejuvenate
- Prolong life
- Transform every aspect of life, including relationships, finances, and business
- Offer unconditional universal service, which leads to enlightenment
To open the heart is to provide a pathway for the soul to serve through the heart, mind, and body. To open the heart is extremely important on the soul journey. It is one of the key ways to allow the power of soul, or soul over matter, to flow through you as an unconditional servant.
As your heart opens more and more, you become less selfish, greedy, egotistical and attached to many personal desires. As the heart opens more and more, you become purer, humbler, more loving, forgiving, compassionate, and desire to serve others more. As the heart opens more and more, you wish to help others remove their suffering and overcome their challenges so they can become healthier and happier.
Christmas and Hanukkah have passed. Many have spent these holidays with family members. New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day are coming up where many will spend more time with their family.
During the parties, celebrations and worship, you may have been in situations where relations with your loved ones got tense, stressed or even blown up out of control. The intensity of the moment or even the entire party could trigger many things from within.
Forgiveness is the necessary step with all of the pain, hurt, mean words, yelling, anger, complaining and anything else that may have occurred directly with another loved one or even silently within your head.
On Thanksgiving (today) in the United States, many people reflect upon what they are grateful for in life.
However, gratitude is essential in life. It should be expressed daily. Gratitude is a practice that prevents complaining, which creates big blockages in every aspect of life.
Here is a practice you can do every day for the rest of your life. It uses the Four Power Techniques® created by my teacher, Master Sha.
Body Power: Sit up straight. Close your eyes.
