Master David, this meditation is very beneficial for the young people since the tone of your voice changes and children can relate easily to fantasy. As I listened for one hour to Daily Tao Song for Happiness I constantly cried and I cried throughout the Soul Meditation of Traveling to The Stars. I am not sure whether the crying indicates that I was purging or simply I was emotional on my birthday and feeling powerless. Relinquishing control and not being able to control outcomes in my life paralyzes me. Also the lower eyelid on my left eye was twitching involuntarily and I am not sure whether this is part of the ongoing facial spasm or triggered specifically while doing these practices. The more I want to hold on to control, the more dis-empowered I feel which does not help me in the way I relate specially to the opposite sex. I want to let go of my domineering behavior that I have perhaps adopted from my parents but purging it is so scary. Thank You. Thank You. Thank You.

Whenever you have soul, mind and/or body blockages, you can have various responses during any practice. You have described a few in your post. This is all part of the purification and releasing process. This is a good sign as it shows that something is happening. It is important to continue to practice every day to self-heal and transform. Continue to do these meditations. They will serve you well.

You can have many different experiences when you are doing a practice that brings a lot of soul frequency, vibration and light. Yes, this is a normal experience and actually a good response because it means that you are receiving a lot of blessings for your life and soul journey.
