As Master Sha teaches, love melts all blockages. Offering love to others and ourselves is so simple, powerful, and easy that sometimes we tend to forget that love can resolve all blockages and issues in life. We need to practice offering love more.

Mind Power: Visualize golden light radiating through everyone and everything in your abdomen. Whatever you visualize and see is fine. This visualization could change during the practice or every time you do the practice. See the power of love in everyone and everything and being offered to everyone and everything.
Sound Power: Chant silently or out loud over and over again:

Frequency: Do this practice for five minutes or more each day or as many times per day as you wish. The longer and more often you do this practice, the more benefits you can receive.
